SWPPP - Tech Ridge Phase 1
The Tech Ridge development consists of four different projects - the Demolition, Power Trench, Tech Ridge Drive, and Tech Ridge Phase 1. These projects started out with the demolition of the old airport and the re-routing of a power line. After that came the re-routing of Tech Ridge Drive and Phase 1 of the commercial portion of the Tech Ridge development. This created pads for the future BusyBusy and Printer Logic facilities that overlook the city with breath-taking views.
